How to Request an Appointment
You can make an appointment in the following ways:
- By visiting our Consulting Room
- Bu using Online Consult
- By using our online services, Patient Access (If you are not registered to use this service, please visit Patient Access)
- By telephoning the surgery on 020 3829 0800
Apart from our emergency morning clinics, all other surgery consultations with the doctor and nurse are by appointment only.
Several appointments are reserved every day both for urgent problems and to ensure 48-hour access to a GP. You can view our GP consulting times by visiting our Doctors Schedule page.
Our nurses and healthcare assistants are available for help with minor ailments and general advice, as well as smears; sexual health screening; child and adult immunisations; dressings; removal of stitches; urine testing; blood pressure checks; blood tests; ear syringing; advice on asthma; blood pressure management; diabetic management; dietary advice; advice about operations; contraception advice; emergency contraception and travel health checks.
If you need an interpreter for your appointment, please let us know when you book it and we will try to book an interpreter for your consultation.
Please let reception know so they can book an interpreter from the Primary Care Trust or other external organisation.
The consultation will run for longer than the usual time to allow for the extra time for interpreting.
Text Message Reminders
You can now register to receive information by text message on your phone regarding appointments and health care.

Outside of surgery opening hours you will be directed to the out of hour’s
service, NHS 111.
If you have a medical emergency then you need to dial 999.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
If you have an appointment you no longer need or are unable to keep, please inform us as soon as possible so that it can be offered to another patient. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be asked to make a new appointment.
